Our work focuses on ways to humanize communication, making it easier for people to access, interpret, learn, and use information. We apply knowledge of information organization, cognition, perception, learning, persuasion, text and image presentation, design methods, and qualitative research.

Our approach is evidence-based, user- centred, and outcomes oriented.

We partner with you and your team to help you achieve your goals; to collaborate in the understanding, defining and confronting of your problems. We use design methods for generative research, such as co-creation, ethnographic observation, and several forms of user research, to help understand problems, identify what has been done to reduce them, assess the extent to which what has been done was successful, and find opportunities for improving outcomes.
